"Opening up to understanding that you are not capable of ever being other than who you are in truth. You can think you are not being fully you, but you can never be completely separated from who you are. All that happens is that you resist, in part, the force of your nature. And this resistance has been taught to you. You have been taught to focus on things to measure progress, rather than intuitively as the vehicle [Shelly] would say, we would also say impulse wise, reflecting on what moves you.

At the end of the day, the most valuable insights are the ones that move you to love, to accept, to include others.

"On the new moon, asking yourself: “Who do you want to be? How are you going to get there? What does it take to become who you want to be?” Is it a grand leap in consciousness, or is it simply a reminding of yourself that you are deserving of what you desire? You are not separate from the energy of what you want. There is simply, perhaps, a shadow of fear between who you are, and who you want to be. 

So how would we dissolve the fear? You must open your hearts to receiving your most exquisite self. Sometimes you can feel that you are stepping beyond your comfortable space, when you step into authority of who you are being. But we say that it is from this place of authority that momentum happens. So take your internal authority, and anchor it into your being. Hold it for 2-3 hours as if what you wanted to have was clearly happening for you, and that you were completely comfortable with it happening. And see what that would do for you.

On this time of giving thanks, give thanks to the new found permission to step more fully into who you are being, and the courage to action from this place what you most desire to do.

"Opening up to receiving the love in your heart, that is there... eternally, there. Understanding that you are beyond here... you exist beyond the simple moment you are in. You have a presence that extends outwards -- that extends into all facets of existence. And you have the ability to send love to all parts of the world.

Will it have impact? Perhaps. 

Will it help you feel alive? Will it help you feel you? Yes.

You see, when you send the frequency of care outwards, you will feel a natural connectivity to that which you are. It is only in the place of connection that you can find true meaning in life. So for those of you who are searching for meaning, just take a moment to evaluate: where are you restricting connection in your life?

And choose to, in those places, send care. And the more care you can send out, the more care will come back. And we are saying this to be clear: send because you truly desire for the others to have love. Otherwise, it is just pretence.

If you can focus the direction of your outward attention onto this manufactured love, your life will smooth itself out.

"Allowing yourself to receive waves of hope and loving intentions. What would it be like for the world to care deeply for you? about you? Could you let that in? Could you understand that you are part of the continuity -- not one soul, alone in the world here.

But to experience that continuity, you must believe in your inherent worth or suitability for loving care and relationships. So, we ask you to take a moment and just release fear of releasing restriction upon your body's chakra system. Stop inhibiting your body's natural flow of impulse to connect with those who you like, who comfort you, and who you respect.

"Opening your heart up to the magic within yourself and the community you live in. If you feel isolated from the world, ask yourself: are you expecting too much from others before you have even acknowledged both the gifts within them, and yourself? Are you pushing against where you just can rest and appreciate yourself, and from that place of appreciation of who you are, what you have, and what is going to come to you, can you honour your journey as opposed to diminish it?

And when you honour your journey, you can then start to recognize the brilliance that lays around you. You can start to understand that you are not alone entirely in your construction of reality. And you can start to embrace the wave of possibility that lies ahead for you, beloved.

Transmission

On this day of the new moon, we would like for you to open your heart to a just gentle embrace. A gentle nourishment through applause of where you have gotten yourself to today. Is there something you've done that is in line with what you wanted? Is there something you have surrendered to to let in? Or is there something that you have been slowly progressing towards and it appears to be arriving? 

So just taking the time to embrace where you are at. And starting to fill the lungs with encouragement, vastness, appreciation. For when you breathe in a sense of vastness, the horizons you start to experience can enlarge. Inhaling vastness, exhaling hurt... Inhaling freedom, exhaling hurt... and so starting to alternate in this pattern.

And once you get comfortable with vastness being available and coming into your body, start to anchor yourself in the root, tailbone, so forth. And feel what it would be to let the vastness of life's possibilities land here for you. So once you can start to feel into the vastness of possibilities that want to work out for you, you are better equipped to hear the way forward for yourself.

So if you are struggling to hear "what you want to do", or "what is best for you", we would say: sigh out hurt, and go through the simple exercise of reconnecting with vastness and having it here. For then you are not limiting the solutions you are looking for in your life. Keep them large, and you will start to be able to hear accurate possibilities for yourself that are not ones that keep you feeling restricted. But ones that self you free to explore your horizons that you are here to enjoy.
