“Opening up to receive the joy that wants to shine through you. Open up to receive the bounty that you are deserving of.
Now, don’t say “I’m going to get there tomorrow, or the day after, or the one after that.” Say, “Today I am going to take a monstrosity of a move into that where I am going. I am going to step with my full passion, my full courage, my full embodiment into being that person that I want to be.”
Relax the need to strive… and start to move forcefully and full bodily towards your chosen destination. And it is not that you need anyone’s permission to go there.

Practical interpretation
The exercise below will help you break into new positive spaces, that are always there and possible to be in. It’s just a matter of giving yourself FULL BODY permission to go there.
FEMININE healing: Take a moment to ground, breathe into your heart, and then open up to receive the joy that wants to shine through you. Open up to receive the bounty you are deserving of.
MASCULINE healing: When moving towards your goals, don't say "I’m going to get there tomorrow, or the day after, or the one after that.”
Instead, say "Today, I am going to make a monstrous move into where I am going. I am going to step with my full passion, my full courage, my full embodiment into being that person that I want to be.”
