Trainings in Samhara Energy Medicine™ are personalized initiations that will bring out your unique gifts. They are clearings that will open you up to more and allow you to understand energy in a new way.
I offer a map of what has worked for me and what I’ve learned, but trainings are taught in a way that, above all, encourages you to listen to yourself. All programs are designed to hold a high standard of healing and customized to best support your growth and journey into liberation.
SAMHARA REIKI
Reiki is a form of energy healing that is delivered through the hands of a trained practitioner. It activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body, and helps restore physical and emotional wellbeing. The Samhara Reiki™ lineage was founded by Shelly Burton and is recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association.
Level 2
Prerequisite: Level 1 training followed by 4 practicum and 4 personal sessions.
- Initiated into Level 2 of Samhara Reiki™ system
- Learn to do distance healing, group healing and develop tools to focus energy.
- Continue to build practical experience
- Become certified to charge for your services and learn about business and licensing issues
- Receive two personal sessions

Note: Four 60 min healing sessions must be completed with Shelly, prior to beginning the training. You must also have completed four 60 min practice sessions that fit the Canadian Reiki Association requirements. These sessions are not included in the program pricing.
FACILITATOR
Shelly is the Founder of Samhara Energy Medicine, and a medical anthropologist trained at Oxford University. Her work is rooted in the premise that change happens on our planet, as we begin listening to the intelligence of our bodies.
Shelly guides others back to a place of inner wisdom and harmonious balance through rhythmical modalities including energy healing, dance, sound therapy and transmissions. Thi is a full-time practice.
Shelly also holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph. Her training includes as an Usui Reiki Teacher, a Tera-Mai Reiki Master, a Shamanic Apprentice and a Luminous Leader in the Grandmother Lineage. She loves coconut vegan ice cream, tribal music and wild horses.
