Full Pink Moon Ceremony

  • 889 Community 889 Yonge Street Toronto, ON, M4W 2H2 Canada (map)

An evening to celebrate the Full Pink Moon in Libra. Satisfy the Soul’s longing to connect through channeled wisdom, crystal bowl sound healing, Kundalini eye gazing, circular yoga flow, dance and fire ceremony. Internationally respected Energy Medicine Woman, Shelly Burton and Yogini Sunny Smith will be your facilitators. This event is suitable for all levels of healing experience.

Come celebrate the full moon like never before! Let your spirit be nourished by the healing sounds of crystal bowls, channeled wisdom and Reiki. Discover how you can truly satisfy your soul’s longing to connect. Learn keys to cultivating inter-dependence, so that you create healthy core relationships. Feel supported to overcome tendencies to isolate yourself or stay in draining relationships. Release resistance to connection and let yourself be seen through kundalini eye gazing.

Let your body flow with the rhythms of the moon, align with the element of water and connect with your shakti power through circular yoga with Sunny Smith. Shake out tension and explore your soul’s ecstatic expression through guided and free form movement to medicine music. The evening will close with a full moon fire ceremony where you release the old under the starry night sky.

You will leave feeling lighter, connected and spiritually rich. These events will raise your vibration, and point of attraction in your life! They are a place to let go, have fun and connect with community in a heart space. Grab your tickets while they last!

Confidentiality will be maintained around what is shared in the group. Sharing about your experience is optional. You can come by yourself or with friends.

Full moons are a time when emotions surface to clear. This moon exerts a stronger pull on the waters of the Earth, and raises the tides. We are mostly water, and in many Native American traditions the water is associated with the emotional body. So the full moon is exerting a stronger pull on our emotional body, bringing what needs to clear to surface.

So come heal with us! Read more about "How the moon effects you + what you can do about it" here.

The Pink Moon was named after a time of year when “moss pink,” or wildflowers called phlox —one of the first spring flowers — began to appear. It is also called the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon and the Fish Moon by many Native American tribes. Source

Sunny has always been delighted with the art of movement. A dancer from a young age, her passion for dance was stopped short after a serious car accident. Sunny encourages her student’s to evolve all aspect’s of one’s being; from body health to self realization. Spiritual practice is the means.

Truly amazing! Being in the presence of conscious, alive and genuine women is so deeply supportive and nourishing. If you’ve contemplated attending a full moon circle, trust the call and go for it. Shelly creates a beautiful space to explore the self on many levels. A-ho!
