SPRING EQUINOX + FULL SAP MOON CEREMONY

An evening to celebrate the Spring Equinox and Full Snow Moon as Grandmother Moon shines in Libra. Join us in sacred circle to release control and allow flow through channeled wisdom, crystal bowl sound healing, Reiki, a circular yoga flow and mantra. Clear the way for your magnificent expression through written manifestation exercises. This event is suitable for all levels of healing experience.

Come celebrate the full moon like never before! Let your soul be nourished by the healing sounds of crystal bowls, channeled wisdom and Reiki. Learn keys to releasing control and stepping into your natural state of flow, a space of presence, joy and pure creative possibility.

W.H. Auden defines flow as “Forgetting [yourself] in a function”. Stepping into this space involves learning to let go of past pain….. quieting the voice of your ego, understanding why it was hurt or scared, and reminding yourself why you are ok and what is possible for you now. Flow is where we naturally are happy and naturally efficient.

Let your body flow with the rhythms of the moon, align with the element of water and connect with your shakti power through yoga with Sunny Smith. Explore the concepts of presence, trust and allowing through written manifestation exercises. The evening will close with a full moon Wahe Guru chant.

Wahe Guru means the bliss of wonder and the truth within. As we chant the 84 meridian points on the upper palate are stimulated through the movement of chanting sending signals to the nervous system and brain, affecting our chemistry and our energy. Our whole being vibrates!

You will leave feeling lighter, connected and spiritually rich. These events will raise your vibration, and point of attraction in your life! They are a place to let go, have fun and connect with community in a heart space. Grab your tickets while they last!

Confidentiality will be maintained around what is shared in the group. Sharing about your experience is optional. You can come by yourself or with friends.

WHY THE FULL MOON?

Full moons are a time when emotions surface to clear. This moon exerts a stronger pull on the waters of the Earth, and raises the tides. We are mostly water, and in many Native American traditions the water is associated with the emotional body. So the full moon is exerting a stronger pull on our emotional body, bringing what needs to clear to surface.

So come heal with us! Read more about "How the moon effects you + what you can do about it" here.

ABOUT THE FULL SAP MOON + SPRING EQUINOX

The Sap Moon was named after a time of year when the sap begins to flow through the maple trees as the temperature warms. It is also called the Worm Moon by many Native American tribes, which demarcates a transition to spring. As the ground warms, the earth worms appear and robins can be seen! It is the third Super Moon of 2019 in a series of three. Source

The Spring Equinox demarcates a time of equal day and night. It is a time to honour the balance within. It marks a turning point in the seasons where daylight begins to be more present than darkness.
