Client Services Coordinator

Looking for a highly motivated candidate to be the right hand assistant in scaling an Energy Medicine practice in Toronto.

The candidate will be interested in spirituality, adept at computer tasks (including bookkeeping and session scheduling), upbeat, and a quick learner with wonderful client facing skills. The candidate will also have warm personality, and a commitment to growing with the company. A natural interest in healing products such as crystals is required, as is having a self-motivated and problem-solving nature.

The job will start at 10 hours per week on an exchange basis (for private sessions) on a 2-3 month basis, and then progress to paid work at $18 per hour.

Tasks will include:

  • Scheduling and rescheduling sessions through online system

  • Client responses to general inquiries

  • Bookkeeping

  • Social media management 

  • Product purchasing

  • Event coordination support (including website updates)

Assets include previous experience with:

  • Healing work such as Reiki, yoga and meditation 

  • Quickbooks

  • Acuity Scheduling

  • Squarespace

  • Social media management

  • Graphic design

  • Photography

  • MailChimp

The vision is to have this individual trained in Samhara Reiki, so they connect at the body level with the system, and then progress with the small company to a management position. Samhara Energy Medicine is a Canadian leader in Reiki, crystal bowl sound healing, medicine dance and Horse Medicine. There are two practice locations: the Junction, Toronto and Aurora, Ontario. This position would be largely virtual, and so your own computer would be required. Must be willing and able to travel to Toronto for training and twice monthly meetings. A 48 hour response time to client emails would be required.

This position would be on a contract basis.
