Trainings in Shelly Energy Medicine are personalized initiations that will bring out your unique gifts. They are clearings that will open you up to more and allow you to understand energy in a new way.
I offer a map of what has worked for me and what I’ve learned, but trainings are taught in a way that, above all, encourages you to listen to yourself. All programs are designed to hold a high standard of healing and customized to best support your growth and journey into liberation.
SHELLY REiki
Reiki is a form of energy healing that is delivered through the hands of a trained practitioner. It activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body, and helps restore physical and emotional wellbeing. The Shelly Reiki™ lineage is recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association.
Reiki I
Prerequisite: 2 sessions (or 1 double session)
Initiated into Level 1 of Shelly Reiki™ system
Learn history of Reiki
Learn to practice Reiki on yourself and another person
Build practical experience
Receive two personal sessions
Enjoy the benefits of learning in an intimate group setting
Course Length: 2 days
Course Fee: $1000 group of three, $1,500 semi-privately or $3,000 privately. Prices are in USD.
Reiki II
Prerequisite: Level 1 training followed by 4 practicum and 4 private sessions.
Initiated into Level 2 of Shelly Reiki™ system
Learn to do distance healing, group healing and sound healing (hand drum or crystal bowls).
Refine intuition and continue to build practical experience
Become certified to charge for your services and learn about business and licensing issues
Receive two personal sessions
Course Length: 2 days
Course Fee: $1000 group of three, $1,500 semi-privately or $3,000 privately. Prices are in USD.

SHELLY Energy Medicine
This course of study allows you to step your practice beyond Reiki, and into the deeper realms of channeling and hosting ceremony. This system is recognized by the Canadian Examining Board of Healthcare Practitioners.
Energy Medicine Practitioner
Pre-requisites: 12 month commitment to weekly sessions, Level 2 training followed by 10 group practicums, 24 private practicums, ability to offer transmissions, and application interview.
Initiated into Energy Medicine Practitioner level
Learn how to conduct ceremonies at a high standard
Offer group transmissions, guided meditations and water blessings
Learn how to make an elixir
Learn about the 7 directions, and creating and holding sacred space
Learn how to do house clearings
Gain practical experience hosting events
Receive support to develop unique offerings that allow your gifts to be shared
Receive training on the business, marketing and logistics of events
Course Length: 3 days + 3 events

Weekly session fees are additional. This course is divided into two components: classroom learning and event practicums. Allow two years to complete the course requirements.
