The animal kingdom has many lessons to teach us, and horses are among some its wisest teachers. These majestic creatures help you reconnect with your heart, experience acceptance, and open to authentic relationships. By mirroring your emotions back to you, in a safe space, they help you understand and heal subconscious patterns.
Horses intuitively recognize blocks in our physical bodies and auric fields. They can help clear the energy, releasing repressed emotions and old patterns. They invite you to step into the space of deserving love, support and connection, and they will show up as your friend as you do so. For this reason, working with horses is an incredibly powerful way to accelerate the healing journey. Connecting with horses allows you to bring things to the surface that otherwise might be difficult to process. Combined with reiki, channeled wisdom, and crystal bowl sound therapy, it is then possible to move through these emotions with ease and transform them into better feeling ones.
In the stable sessions, we will explore the theme of honouring each other and the horse kingdom as equals in the creation of a new world.
The stable sessions will be complemented by daily yoga classes and evening bonfires.
Shelly Burton, Founder of Samhara Energy Medicine, and Oxford University trained medical anthropologist, will facilitate the horse sessions.
Karey Emmett will offer daily yoga classes. Karey is a life coach and Vinyasa flow yoga instructor whose magnetic and bubbly energy empowers and ignites the soul! She’s co-owner of Branch Yoga and Forks of the Credit Inn.
