Overview
As we wind down from the vitality of summer and cozy up for fall, let’s honor the wisdom the harvest moon brings. As community we will come together to celebrate this full moon, one that is considered important to the many cultures around the world like the Celts, Europeans, Chinese and Native Americans. As it is marker of harvest, it is a potent time to gather and integrate all that we have cultivated.
This Rhythm of Change Full Moon ceremony will weave drums, dance, channelling, a gentle yoga flow and movement into a beautiful evening of community healing and celebration.
The theme we will be exploring in this ceremony is "accessing joy". How do we access joy in these indoor months? Preserving the joys of the outer world and growing our inward garden… autumn is the time to manifest this for yourself!
Rhythm of Change
Rhythm of Change (ROC)™ is a collective of artists and healers, who are awakening our potential to make a difference, through a new wave of healing, music and dance programs.
ROC hosts a series of rhythmical gatherings, which are designed to set your spirit free and centre you in your heart.
Offerings include a transmission of wisdom, a healing dance, African drumming, a chi gong and yoga flow, hands on healing, and a natural world soundscape.
These events typically occur around new and full moon, aligning us with the planetary cycles that move us at a cellular and emotional level. In this way, we are gathering together to harness the energies of the moon to create positive change for ourselves. We are reborn, as we allow who we are, in truth, through, and live the expression of it.
